Why this exists
Strong communities need a clear way to prepare.
Schools, churches, and community institutions face the same active-threat and crisis risks as large enterprises, with none of the planning resources.
When a disruption happens, people look to local leaders for calm, direction, and care. Preparation makes that responsibility more manageable.
Selected organizations work alongside experienced 2ASG advisors at no cost, without stretching an already limited operating budget.

We review each nomination and may contact you or the organization for more detail.

A select few are chosen each year
Not every nomination can be selected. We will be direct about what happens next.

For organizations carrying a lot with limited room to prepare.

- County or municipality
- Museum or cultural institution
- Community event
The organization must be located in the United States and unable to reasonably fund this work. Anyone can nominate an organization, including their own.
